Flix2day Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing your use of the flix2day platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By accessing or using the flix2day platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the platform immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and flix2day ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the platform, or using any of the services provided, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
The flix2day platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of flix2day services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account — whether with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. flix2day will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login information.
Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We recommend using a strong password, keeping your login credentials private, and logging out after each session — especially on shared devices.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a flix2day user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent activity, market manipulation, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from flix2day.
- Attempting to bypass, damage, or interfere with any security systems, servers, or networks associated with the platform.
- Uploading, sending, or distributing any content that contains viruses, malicious code, or any element that could damage the platform or other users.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other party in any form.
- Making false or misleading claims about the platform to third parties.
Flix2day reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the flix2day platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are handled through payment methods supported by the platform at the relevant time. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use is valid, belongs to you, and is authorised for this purpose.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change at flix2day's discretion. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to completion of the required identity verification (KYC) process. flix2day reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests that do not meet verification requirements or are suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity.
Any attempt to reverse or cancel a completed transaction through your bank or payment provider without first notifying flix2day will be considered a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and the suspension of all associated balances pending an investigation.
Bonuses and promotions offered by flix2day are subject to their respective specific terms as stated on the relevant pages. Bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Flix2day shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including service interruptions, technical errors, or processing delays caused by factors beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors or interruptions.
Flix2day reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses bonuses, or poses a security concern, without prior notice. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited pending the outcome of an investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, and other materials found on the flix2day platform are the exclusive property of flix2day or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without our express written permission.
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only, and flix2day is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. flix2day reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time — the latest version will always be available on this page for users to review.
